WE USE THE FINEST OF INGREDIENTS INCLUDING HEAT TREATED FLOUR AND SOYA MILK AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR EGG. ALL THE COOKIE DOUGH IS MADE TO ORDER AND HAS A LONG SHELF LIFE (6-10 MONTHS) WHEN STORED IN A COOL DAY PLACE. ONCE OPENED, IT NEEDS TO BE KEPT REFRIGERATED AND CONSUMED WITHIN THREE WEEKS.
