We started our business journey, launching ‘Rawkies Edible Raw Cookie Dough’, in January 2023, but quickly realised that we needed to expand our daytime food offering.

Therefore, seven months later, we rebranded to ‘Rawkies Desserts & Café Bar’, and offered an extensive menu of hot and cold food and beverages. Sadly, despite our best efforts, we were still struggling with heavy competition nearby. After doing some research, we realised that Bury did not have a contemporary restaurant and no where offered a tasting menu.

So, in March 2024, we relaunched our business as ‘Rawkies Kitchen & Bar’ and upgraded from a casual café, to a smart restaurant, offering a six-course tasting menu, an in-house menu, and an A La Carte menu.

However, we have still kept our signature (dessert) dish, the one thing that started us in business in the first place; edible raw cookie dough! And that will never change! We still have our unique Rawkies counter and offer a variety of cookie dough-based desserts for dine in, take out and on delivery. You can also buy jars of our cookie dough from our website, delivered straight to your door!
